Meanwhile the international wine market is vigorously competitive. Hence, there is a need to consider the potential of China's domestic wine production to satisfy domestic demand and even its competitiveness in the international market. This book, therefore, provides analysis of the development and perspectives of the wine industry in China and intends to determine the commercial competitiveness of Chinese wine production in a global context.
