Marc Lanteigne is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Political Science and International Relations and Director of Research at the New Zealand Contemporary China Research Centre, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Miwa Hirono is a Research Councils United Kingdom (RCUK) Research Fellow, Deputy Director of the Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies at the School of Politics and International Relations, and Senior Fellow in the China Policy Institute, University of Nottingham, UK.
