The only major concert market the band have not been to in any significant way is South America (with the exception of the single Brazilian show). Their first show after the release of Chinese Democracy (Nov 23, 2008) was held on Dec 11, 2009 in Taiwan. They have at this time scheduled four shows in Asia (one in Taiwan, one in South Korea and two in Japan) and thirteen in Canada.
