Fourth section presents about 1000 English sayings, idioms and slang idioms, the vocabulary known to everyone born in English language but usually not presented in most published materials. Palchan Israel has Ph.D. degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is the author of self-study guides and phrasebooks of colloquial English for Chinese, Japanese, Russian, German, French, Spanish and Hebrew Languages as well as vice versa phrasebooks for these languages' studies to English speakers. Most of these books are proposed on Amazon. His books of Hebrew for Russian speakers is very popular between new immigrants to Israel from Soviet Union and now the Hebrew for English version is popular in the Web.
