ILAN ALON is Cornell Chair of International Business and Director of The China Center at Rollins College, USA, and Visiting Scholar & Asia Fellow at Harvard University, USA. He has published 27 books, and over 100 peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Alon has taught courses in top Chinese MBA programs including those at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, East China University for Science and Technology and China Europe International Business School. He is also an international business consultant, with experience in China as well as other countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and America, and a featured speaker in many professional associations. MARC FETSCHERIN is Associate Professor at the Crummer Graduate School of Business and the International Business Department at Rollins College, USA. He is also an Associate of the Rollins China Center as well as an Asia Fellow at Harvard University. He received his PhD from the University of Bern, Switzerland andholds two master's degrees, one from the University of Lausanne, Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Switzerland and the other from London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. He has published three books and his articles have appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Management International Review, International Business Review, Thunderbird International Business Review, International Marketing Review, European Journal of Marketing and others. PHILIPPE GUGLER holds the Chair of Economics and Social Policyat the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences and is the Director of The Center for Competitiveness, University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is an affiliate MOC faculty member of the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness of the Harvard Business School, USA, a guest Professor at the National Institute for Development Agency, Thailand, and at the University of Roma, Italy. He is Vice-Chairman of the European International Business Academy (EIBA) as well as a member of the board of several academic and economic associations in Switzerland and abroad. Professor Gugler has published mainly in the fields of trade and competition, trade and investment, competition policy, multinational enterprises and competitiveness.
