Autorenporträt
CAI Fang, Ph.D. in economics, is Vice President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and served as Director of the Institute of Population and Labor Economics at CASS between 1998 and 2014. CAI was also a delegate to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 12th National People's Congress, and a standing committee member of both the National People's Congress and Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee. CAI has held visiting scholar appointments at many universities around the world. ZHANG Juwei, Ph.D. in demographic economics, is Director of Institute of Population and Labor Economics and Research Center for Labor and Social Security, both under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). With nearly thirty years of research experience in demography and labor economics, ZHANG has published more than 200 articles in journals such as Social Sciences in China, Economic Research Journal, China Economic Review , and others.
