Samantha Mayhew is a first-time illustrator from Spring, Texas. She currently attends Oak Ridge High School where she is an advanced placement student in drawing, painting, and Chinese language. Samantha is also a member of the National Art Society. Her grandparents were both artists and Samantha's talent has been apparent since a very young age. She enjoys all styles of art and has received numerous awards for her work. After graduation, she plans on continuing her education in college to pursue a career in art.
