Rehmat Aziz Chitrali was born in a small village of Marandeh, Khot Valley, Torkhow, Chitral NWFP Pakistan in 1970. He is a linguist, Author, Lexicographer and Researcher from Pakistan. In pursuit of his passion for linguistics he has invented 210 keyboards softwares for the endangered languages of Pakistan, India, Kashmir, Afghanistan and China.
