Cholesterol is a main diseases which may undergoes into non-communicable diseases. Men and women who have sedentary lifestyle are confronting this situation because of their lifestyle. Not only men who have sedentary lifestyle, but also women make distance with their day to day life and household works too. Therefore, women face this problem as fast as men. And also, stress, bad nutrition intakes, obesity and no exercise always cause to have blood cholesterol. Aerobic exercises can simply define as the exercises which are done in with oxygen. In this study, writer try identify the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on blood cholesterol among 35 to 50 years old women.
