Everyone knows something they're not telling. They all have something to hide. A twisted tale of secrets, betrayal and murder. ¿¿¿¿Thirty years ago, advertising executive Corinne Peerland made a decision that changed her life forever. Now she's a U.S. Senate candidate, ready to deal with her secrets and face her past mistakes. She brings public relations specialist Madeline Keswick on a family European riverboat cruise to meet her three adult children and incorporate them into her campaign. But the family have secrets of their own, which they fear will be exposed by media scrutiny during the campaign. Refusing to risk everything they've worked so hard to build, they threaten Madeline to get her to shut down Corinne's election bid. When Madeline refuses, they redouble their efforts to persuade Corinne to drop out of the race. Corinne has little political experience and minimal name recognition among voters. Why is she obsessed with such an impossible challenge? Can Corinne atone for her past without destroying her family's future? How far will they go to stop her? Set in the snow-coated jagged peaks of the Swiss Alps, Choosing Guilt is a fast-paced suspenseful novel of tangled family relationships, betrayal and revenge.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
