Foreword written by Chris Voss "Chosen" and "flawed" are not mutually exclusive. They can, in fact, coexist. Brokenness and imperfections do not have to define you any more than they define figures from ancient times like Eve, Noah, Daniel, and David. These biblical heroes had the same flaws we have today. FBI Special Agent Arvinder Ginda draws on his years of experience in behavioral analysis to explore the human condition and breakdowns in communication. Techniques used in hostage negotiations, high-profile interrogations, and various investigations are the same techniques used in evaluating the emotional intelligence of biblical heroes and the mistakes they made. Are we destined to fail? Do we have the power to shape our outcome? Chosen and Flawed challenges you to confront your underlying beliefs and behaviors. Despite our flaws, God has a purpose. This unique approach, combining professional expertise with spiritual insights, provides a compelling narrative encouraging self-reflection and personal growth.
