Liel Leibovitz is the author of Aliya: Three Generations of American-Jewish Immigration to Israel and co-author of Lili Marlene: The Soldiers' Song of World War II.  A native of Israel, he is an editor for Tablet  (tabletmag.com), an on-line magazine of Jewish life, politics, and culture.
