Chris Shelton was raised in an unstable environment filled with fighting, neglect, and drugs. By age eighteen he had suffered two heart attacks caused by drug overdoses and realized that he was going to end up in prison, dead, or both. Ready to change his life's path, he found discipline in Tae Kwon Do, but one evening while training, he suffered a devastating back injury that left him crippled with pain. Yet over the next ten years, he transformed himself into a martial arts champion and renowned healer, attributing his full recovery to Qigong, a holistic approach perfect for people who want a noninvasive, affordable, and empowering treatment option. Today, Chris is the founder of Morning Crane Healing Arts Center in San Jose and Los Angeles, California.
