Dr. Koppula Victor Babu is Post Doctoral Fellow at Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New Delhi, India. He obtained his Degree with a Gold Medal, Master of Philosophy and Doctorate in Philosophy from Andhra University, India. He has published a large number of research publications in International and National journals of repute.
