Coca Monica é professora na "¿tefan cel Mare" Universidade de Suceava, Faculdade de Humanidades e Ciências da Comunicação. Ela é a autora e co-autora de vários livros. Também participou em numerosos congressos, simpósios e conferências nacionais e internacionais, nas seguintes áreas: fraseologia, história romena.
