J.M. Dickson is a graduate of Dallas Bible College and did graduate studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Nichols State University, both in Louisiana. He wrote feature articles as well as a religious column for the Houma Daily Courier, Houma, La. After 56 years of ministry, he still pastors a church and lives with his wife on a farm in Aquilla, Texas.
