Mark L.Y. Chan, Ph.D. (1998), University of Nottingham, is Senior Vice-President and Resident-Theologian of Eagles Communications, Singapore. He also serves as adjunct faculty with various theological colleges in Singapore, lecturing in the different areas of Theology and Hermeneutics.
