La dottoressa Jeena Jyoti Boruah lavora come professore assistente presso la RK. University, Rajkot, Gujarat. Ha conseguito il B.Sc. (2005) presso l'Università di Dibrugarh, Assam, il M.Sc. (2007) presso l'Università di Gauhati, Assam e il Ph.D. (Chimica/Catalisi; 2013) presso l'Università di Tezpur, Assam. La sua area di ricerca comprende la chimica verde e la catalisi.
