The evaluation of hepatic fibrosis relies on liver biopsy with histological study that allows stratifying the indication of antiviral treatment. Given the hemorrhagic and infectious risk of liver biopsy, in addition to its numerous contraindications, we studied the performance of non-invasive biological scores in the prediction of liver fibrosis. APRI, FIB4, GPR and AAR scores were the most used. We propose the use of non-invasive scores that are more accurate and economical in predicting liver fibrosis at different thresholds.
