What would you do if you were told you or your loved one has six months to a year to live? How would you travel that journey of life, which you were now forced to travel? That was my reality. A life journey can change in the blink of an eye. Read how I was given a guide to travel that horrendous journey. Whether it is death of a loved one or any of the issues that must be faced, one needs hope and encouragement. God prepared me for that journey by giving me twelve mile markers that would guide me along the way. I know He wants me to share that same inspiration and encouragement with my fellow travelers on this journey we call life. Bishop T. D. Jakes said it best. "The touch of a fellow traveler lets us know we are not alone." Let's travel together for a while. ¿
Autorenporträt
Mrs. Cheryl Thompson Williams, a published author, has an undergraduate degree in education from Lincoln University in Missouri as well as a graduate degree in education from Michigan State University. She is a retired elementary school teacher with thirty-two years of service. She is the founder of Empowered Living Seminars, LLC, and a company that uses words, gifts, and music to build self-esteem and supply encouragement. Losing her first husband to cancer in 2000 inspired her to write her first book, Chronicles of Praise: A Life Journey through Death. She explains how she was encouraged as she struggled through the most horrendous event of her life. Given twelve mile markers, inspired by God, she shares how she made it through. Her second book, the sequel, tells how the same mile markers are even more prevalent now. Her hope is that her story will inspire and encourage others.
