Emmanuel Combe est Vice-pre¿sident de l'Autorite¿ de la concurrence depuis 2012. Spe¿cialiste des questions de concurrence, de nouveaux mode¿les e¿conomiques, de protectionnisme et de politique industrielle, il est normalien, docteur en e¿conomie (Universite¿ de Paris 1 Panthe¿on Sorbonne) et agre¿ge¿ des Faculte¿s de droit et sciences e¿conomiques. Il est professeur d'e¿conomie ä l'Universite¿ de Paris 1 Panthe¿on-Sorbonne (en de¿tachement depuis 2012) et professeur ä Skema Business School.Il est l'auteur d'un best seller d'e¿conomie ge¿ne¿rale (Pre¿cis d'e¿conomie, PUF, 15e¿me e¿dition). Il est chroniqueur ä L'Opinion et aux Echos et a publie¿ chez Concurrences un premier volume de ses chroniques en 2018, Petit manuel - irre¿ve¿rencieux - d'e¿conomie.
