Autorenporträt
Brian has written one novel to date and there may be another in the future. The original outline for "Chrysalis" has enough material for a second book, which would follow the adventures of Simon Blake in Uruguay.
A civil engineer by trade, Brian has worked in the distillery industry since 1981. Tasting whiskey is a treasured pastime and he is happy to share whichever bottle(s) happen to be open. Fishing, golfing and traveling with his wife of 38 years are among his favorite activities. He is the proud father of one daughter.
In 2011 Brian received two cochlear implants five months apart. Ever since he has served as a volunteer with Cochlear Americas using his experience to help potential recipients navigate the many questions that arise before and after surgery.
