He was among the first to introduce the term "Moneyball Marketing" in healthcare, emphasizing the importance of demonstrating value and return on investment. His expertise spans crisis communication, performance metrics, promotion, sports marketing, and hospitality.A lifelong storyteller, J.A. is passionate about writing, golf, travel, music, and all things Italy.
