Dr. Cuong Ha-Minh is an Assistant Professor since 2012 at Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris-Saclay, Université Paris-Saclay. He is co-authored more than 15 papers in international peer-review journals. As the Director of Civil and Mechanical Engineering Network of AVSE Global - Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts, he has been chairman of CIGOS International Conference since 2015.   Assoc. Prof. Dong Van Dao is the rector of the University of Transport Technology in Vietnam. His research covers a wide range of construction materials and eco-materials such as cement and bitumen binders, geopolymers, concrete, fly ash, and steel slag. He has authored and co-authored over 50 journal and conference papers. He also conducted six national projects and sixteen doctoral candidates and master's students.   Dr. Farid Benboudjema is a Professor in Civil Engineering at Ecole normale supérieure Paris-Saclay and dean of the civilengineering faculty. He graduated from Ecole normale supérieure in 1999. His researches are focused mainly on the shrinkage and creep of cement-based materials, from early age to long term. Full-field experimental devices, modelling approach, and numerical simulation tools are developed.   Prof. Sybil Derrible is an Associate Professor in Urban Engineering and the Director of the CSUN Lab at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His research is at the nexus of civil engineering, urban metabolism, and data and complexity science to help design smart, sustainable, and resilient cities. He received a U.S. NSF CAREER Award, and he is an Associate Editor for the ASCE Journal of Infrastructure Systems.   Dr. Dat Vu Khoa Huynh is currently a Senior Geotechnical Advisor at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI). His background includes nearly 20 years of geotechnical consulting and research experience with expertise in numerical and constitutive modelling. He has been reviewer/co-reviewer of several scientific journals. Dr Huynh has authored and co-authored over 35 international journal and conference papers.   Dr. Anh Minh Tang is a Research Director at the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC). He completed his Ph.D. in geotechnics in 2005 at the ENPC. He has co-authored more than 110 peer-reviewed journal papers and is Editorial Board Member of four journals: "Géotechnique", "Geology Engineering", "Canadian Geotechnical Journal", and "Environmental Geotechnics"; 18 Ph.D.s. have been completed under his co-supervision.
