Now 102, Joseph Abrahams was born in Dallas, TX in 1916, lived briefly in New England, and was educated in New York City. He attained an M.D. degree in 1939 from Emory Uni versity, and went on as a psychoanalyst, practicing in Washington DC, La Jolla, CA, and San Luis Obispo, CA.
