Providing realistic Job Preview to employees help in a motivated workforce and employee shows positive behaviour. The aim of the study was to find out the impact of realistic job preview and four components of Om-the-job behaviour i.e. positive work behaviour, physical withdrawal behaviour, psychological withdrawal behaviour and antagonistic work behaviour on Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB).Two private banks i.e. Habib bank limited and Bank Al-Habib were targeted for data collection. There were 330 employees working in different branches in Peshawar city. 200 questionnaire were distributed among grade 1, 2 and 3 officers and 142 filled questionnaire received with response rate of 71%.Data was collected through simple Random sampling technique. The result of the study showed that Realistic Job Preview and Positive work behaviour found to has significant impact on organizational citizenship behaviour while Physical withdrawal behaviour, psychological withdrawal behaviourand antagonistic work behaviour has insignificant impact on organizational citizenship behaviour.
