Jian Ming Luo is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of International Tourism and Management at City University of Macau. He has extensive international and multinational tourism working experience. His teaching and research interests focus on urbanization, tourism development, entertainment, and consumer behaviour. Chi Fung Lam worked in several hospitality and tourism industries in a few different countries including Hong Kong and Canada. His research area focuses on tourism demand analysis and economic impacts. His recent publications have appeared in highly prestigious international academic journals.
