Mr Mulugeta Dagnew is a professional counselor,researcher and lecturer,currently, teaching Civic and Ethical Education in one of the government colleges in Addis Ababa,and have been teaching history and psychology for the last 11 years.I am teaching students about norms,ethics,morality,citizenship rights,responsibilities,human and democratic rights.
