Nestor Muhima wurde am 10.05.1996 in Lubonga im Walikale-Territorium in der Provinz Nord-Kivu in der DR Kongo geboren. Er hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Erziehungswissenschaften und ist derzeit Hörer an der Doktorandenschule des ISP Bukavu.
