1655. Observed and at large opened for the clearing of many obscure texts throughout the whole scripture, which texts are now added in the end of the book. Herein likewise is shown what customs the Hebrews borrowed from heathen people: and that many heathen customs originally have been unwarrantable imitations of the Hebrews. This utterly ancient and very rare book may very well be one of our oldest originals. Written in Old English, the original is faded and spotty, but in pretty good condition considering it is nearly 350 years old! Its age and content make reading it well worth the effort.
