The publication introduces a new thinking about the role that civil society organizations play and can play in sustaining pressure for democratic governance reforms in general and constitution making in particular. Otieno Isaack is a distinguished Political Scientist and a Democratic Governance Expert with degrees from the Central European University in BUdapest-Hungary; Institute for Social Studies-Hague-Netherlands and the University of Nairobi, Nairobi- Kenya.
