This instrument aims to promote a broad association of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with local public policies in order to entrench democracy at the local level and promote local governance. Autorenporträt
Der Autor wurde am 19. März 1978 in Covè, Benin, geboren und hat einen DESS in Governance und Demokratie und einen DEA in Privatrecht. Derzeit ist er Beamter im Ministerium für digitale Wirtschaft und Kommunikation, wo er nacheinander Leiter der Abteilung für Regulierung, Direktor für Studien und Forschung und schließlich Assistent des Ministers war.
