Jacqui Alder is an internationally experienced executive as well as a coach, writer and illustrator. As director of her own human resources consultancy for 20 years, Jacqui delivered complex projects for global businesses across a range of industry sectors and in various countries. Whilst forging a career in male dominated industries, Jacqui had personal experience of the inner conflict women feel as they try to balance the expectations of their various roles in life and work. This led her to develop her own career philosophy - success is merely a concept and how you define it is up to you.Jacqui found this approach helped her to build a life and career path which felt both authentic and rewarding.In 2017 she wrote and produced her first book, a guided journal. Clarity Simplicity Success for Women is a coach in a beautifully illustrated book that guides women create their own definition of success and take steps to attain that success. Since then, Clarity Simplicity Success has become a purpose driven venture to empower women to create success on their own terms; hence overcome the traditional, and gendered, concepts of success which constrain their potential. Since publishing her first book, Jacqui has published a series of self-coaching resources under the Clarity Simplicity Success brand. All Jacqui's books aim to help women rediscover the power they hold within, and to use that power to build lives where they are can be themselves whilst striving for whatever success they seek.
