L'auteur, née en Inde, est un médecin ayurvédique en exercice qui s'est lancé dans l'écriture il y a cinq ans. Sa formation en science ayurvédique et ses travaux de recherche lui ont donné une large base à partir de laquelle elle peut aborder de nombreux sujets. Elle a approfondi divers concepts de l'Ayurveda, dont le présent ouvrage fait partie.
