The motivation of students is one of the cardinal factors in education, particularly owing to importance of academic performance in their educational life. Classroom motivation plays an important role in the formation of students' attitude towards learning process. Students' motivation can be categorised into two types: Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Therefore, intrinsic motivation makes classroom learning a pleasurable activity filled with enthusiasm, whereas, extrinsic makes learning a burdensome and forced activity.

Elle a plus de dix ans d'expérience académique en tant qu'enseignante et chercheuse en psychologie et en éducation. Elle a présenté des articles universitaires lors de conférences et de séminaires nationaux et internationaux. Elle a écrit deux livres.
