Henry Coley was a 17th century English astrologer who enjoyed immense popularity with his peers and the public. He was also a mathematician who taught astronomy, mathematics, navigation, surveying, and the use of globes. William Lilly, another well-known astrologer of the time, expressed high praise for Henry Coley, who was born in 1633 and died in 1707.
