In this baking book you will find 12 delicious low-histamine recipes. You will receive background information about the products that I use, including low-histamine egg substitutes. I also give tips on how to make the recipes gluten-free and completely plant-based. This baking book originates from my personal need for low histamine baking recipes which can hardly be found (online). A baking book with multiple recipes seemed to be non-excisting! So the only way forward was experimenting with low histamine baking myself. After first sharing my recipes on Instagram I decided to write a baking book. The result is now in your hands and this way I want to share my knowledge and experience within the low histamine baking world by which I hope to help you and let you experience that low histamine food can be very tasty.
