Authors and co-founders of the Pinellas County African-American Museum, Sandra W. Rooks and Randolph Lightfoot underscore their commitment to preserving their community's past with Black America Series: Clearwater. Rooks is a retired English teacher and Lightfoot is a curriculum specialist for African-American Education with Pinellas County Schools.
