Dr Ali Walker is a Human Connection Scientist with a PhD in group dynamics from the Australian National University. Ali is a Senior Lecturer in the Business School (Centre for Social Impact) at the University of NSW Sydney, and the founder of AlityLife - an organisation dedicated to helping people connect their personality to their purpose. At AlityLife, she uses her PhD research to develop personality assessments that identify connection types and motivational drivers in relationships, teams and leadership.
