The HIV/AIDS pandemic is a major public health problem with an estimated 33.8 million people living with the virus globally. Nigeria is one of the countries with the highest global burden of AIDS. O Dr. Ewelike nasceu a 20 de Junho,1976 em Mbano no Estado de Imo. É licenciado pela Universidade de Calabar com um bacharelato em Medicina e Cirurgia. MBA da NOUN. MPH e MIAD de ABU, Zaria. É Médico de Saúde Pública e Economista de Saúde do Governo Nigeriano.
