Climate Change has now become a global issue for theinhabitants of the earth. The current average globalsurface temperature of 150c is nearly 0.60c higherthan it was 100 years ago-most of the increase hasbeen the consequence of human activity. Agricultureis the main source of livelihood for majority of thepopulation. If agricultural production is adverselyaffected by climate change the livelihoods of evengreater number of people will be at risk. This paperfocuses on climate change, its impact on cash cropproduction, perception of local people and theiradaptation measures against the impacts of ClimateChange on cash crop production in Lwang GhalelVillage Development Committee of Kaski district,Nepal. Cash Crops such as tea, Amriso (broom grass),Cardamom were the main production of the study area.The paper also discusses about the rainfall andtemperature pattern of the study area. The findingsof this research work will be helpful to theenvironmentalists and agriculturists around the worldand they would also get information about impacts andadaptation measures against the Climate Change andproduction of cash crops in the study area.
