Climatic changes could be summarise in the increase in temperature, global warming, the decrease of waters, floods and the change in the amount of rainfall, dryness, the increase in atmosphere humidity, the increase in ozone concentration, the pollution resulting from burning fuel and the excessive in the use of mineral fertilizer.

Hala Kandil è nata ad Alessandria d'Egitto. Nel giugno 1990 ha conseguito la laurea e nel 1996 il master in Scienze del suolo e dell'acqua presso la Facoltà di Agraria dell'Università di Alessandria. Nel 2005 ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in Scienza del suolo presso la Facoltà di Agraria dell'Università del Cairo. Ora è professore ricercatore, nutrizione delle piante e fertilità del suolo.
