Isidore Kwandja Ngembo did graduate studies in public ethics at Saint Paul University in Ottawa. He holds degrees in political science from the University of Ottawa, in international public administration from ENAP-Québec, in human rights from the Université Saint-Louis-Bruxelles, and in development studies from the Université catholique de Louvain.
