The author is a Meteorologist and has Master Science and PhD in Civil Engineering (Water Resources). Currently serves as Adjunct Professor-I of the Ceará State University (UECE - Fortaleza - Ceará - Brazil). Has Experience as researcher in Geosciences works in themes as: Climatic impacts in Northeast Brazil.
