The "Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory Manual" is mainly intended for B.Sc. students studying biochemistry in clinical and medical stream. It is part of the practical course material for students .The course material builds on pre-existing knowledge obtained at previous B.Sc. courses including clinical biochemistry, metabolic biochemistry and clinical biochemistry. It assumes a solid background and experience in chinical practical and the successful completion of the course entitled "Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory Manual", which is taught as part of the B.Sc. program and Diploma students of paramedical and medical also for nursing students. Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory Manual,is divided into three introductory chapters ("Biochemical Techniques ,Metabolic Biochemistry and Clinical Biochemistry"). Section I deals with the laboratory introductory part, along with maintenance of lab and the methods for the preparation of reagents. Section II deal with the organs associated functions tests and their clinical significances. Section III deal with the diagnosis of clinical diseases by present of abnormal constituents present in urine.
