Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) is one of the most prevalent health problems in the twenty-first century, this great spread is due to several factors, including obesity. In this disease, the body can produce insulin, but it does not work as normal, and this leads to a high level of glucose in the blood. Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) is one of the most prevalent health problems in the twenty-first century, this great spread is due to several factors, including obesity. In this disease, the body can produce insulin, but it does not work as normal, and this leads to a high level of glucose in the blood. In addition to that, nanotechnology is the most important modern technologies and is used in several areas. This study was carried out to determine the relation insulin with its receptor and calculation insulin resistance in sera of patients with T2DM at different stages of BMI, and evaluate the impact of metal oxide nanoparticles on the binding between insulin with its receptor. Depending on the results of this study, it can be said that is a high binding between insulin hormone and its receptor with T2DM disease in the presence the obesity and obese diabetic patients are more deteriorating than those with normal weight. The zinc oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles had an inhibition effect on the binding of the insulin hormone with its receptor, in other words, it had a decrease in the insulin resistance level when calculated mathematically.
