Adrian is Head of the Royal College of Psychiatrists¿ Centre for Quality Improvement and has led the development of its quality networks and accreditation programmes. He has conducted research in this area and has co-edited a book on clinical governance. Adrian is past president of the Royal Society of Medicine¿s Quality in Healthcare Section.
