Globally, in today's contemporary society, nothing matters much than having knowledge of any viable technology outcome that drives business into profitability and viability. Cloud computing, a technology that is made possible through virtualization within networks, represents a shift from the traditional ownership of infrastructure and other resources by every distinct organization to a more calculable pattern in which computer resources are rented online to organizations on either as a pay-as-you-use basis or by subscription. This work is carried out to investigate the impediments to cloud computing deployment in Nigeria while assessing the enormous benefits that organizations stand to gain by adopting the technology. . Structured questionnaires were used to collect data for analysis and scientific testing to validate the veracity or otherwise of the postulated null hypotheses by subjecting them to t-distribution test (see appendix 'a'). The target audience are individuals in businesses that appreciates knowledge for better initiative, and students of studying courses like business administration/management, information technology and computer science.
