Culled from Steinbreder's popular Club Life column in Golfweek magazine, the chapters of Club Life offer true gems of the rich and famous including the lady who sends back a Bombay martini because it is too strong and the man who orders a tuna melt but without the cheese. Topics covered include everything from gender issues to handicaps to caddies. Steinbreder also takes his observant eye abroad, to the staid clubs of the U.K. and Ireland, and to the more rambunctious links of Australia.
