Usual water has many unusual properties, the reason of which is its cluster structure. In our work, we investigate structure and spectral properties of different water clusters by means of vibrational spectroscopy and quantum-chemical simulation. Spectral manifestations of cluster structure of water in liquid and solid states in IR and Raman spectra are studied. The behavior of water molecules in matrix isolation is considered and an effect of argon environment on water clusters trapped in low-temperature matrices is discussed.
